Great food. Ate here with my family while on vacation from the US. We were all tired of pub food and this was a great escape. Food really is great on its own though. Rice paper chicken and fries wan tons are great appetizers. Chicken chow mei , port fried rice and orange chicken were all really good. Highly recommend.
We stumbled across Chimes while on holiday from Ireland and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious, especially the chow mein!! The restaurant was really busy for a Tuesday evening and the takeaway seemed just as busy. The staff were extremely attentive and clearly have a good rapport with the local people. The food was also very reasonably priced! We will definitely be back on our next visit! Therese & Andy

They are most definitely the best Chinese takeaway and restraunt that has ever been in this area the staff are always lovely and will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your meal I am absolutely blessed to live around the corner from here I highly highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken pieces absolute 100/10 stars also the steak is beautiful and don’t even get me started on their fried rice you won’t be disappointed
Still my favourite Chinese restaurant in the world. The salt & pepper ribs are amazing. Graham is a wonderful host, and always makes us feel welcome.
